- an input interface able to receive first information to be encoded in an image, where the first information comprises a uniform resource locator;
a non-transitory storage medium that relates the uniform resource locator to a value and stores a relationship in the non-transitory storage medium; and
an encoder that encodes the value into a two-dimensional barcode image.
