Better Browsing Sues ASUSTek and Razer

January 19, 2024

Better Browsing LLC has targeted the provision of computers that have the Microsoft Edge browser preinstalled in new Eastern District of Texas complaints, one filed late last month against Razer (2:23-cv-00629) and another filed since, against ASUSTek (2:24-cv-00013). The same two patents in suit here, generally related to web browser features (including a zoom icon and/or group bookmarking), have already been asserted against prior defendants Opera Norway, HP Enterprise (HPE), Lenovo, Samsung, Acer, and Toshiba, sued in that order since June of last year.
